These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the One Way Cleaning Services Inc. website and your requests for cleaning services. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Our services One Way Cleaning Services Inc. provides residential, commercial, AirBnB and short-term rental turnover, move-in and move-out, post-construction, event, and specialized cleaning services in Miami-Dade County and Southern Broward County, Florida.

Quotes and bookings Information submitted through the website is a request for information or a quote. An appointment is not confirmed until One Way confirms the date, service scope, access details, and applicable price. Estimates may change when the property condition, size, requested add-ons, or scope differs from the information submitted.

Client responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information, safe access, working utilities, parking or access instructions, and notice of pets, fragile items, allergies, hazards, or special surfaces. Please secure valuables and personal documents before service. We may decline or stop work that is unsafe, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope.

Payments and additional work Payment is due according to the arrangement confirmed for your appointment. Additional work, changed conditions, travel, access issues, or requested add-ons may require an updated price. We will communicate material changes when reasonably practical.

Guarantee Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee applies to included areas within the confirmed scope. Contact us within 24 hours with the specific concern so we can review it and, when appropriate, return to re-clean. The guarantee is not an automatic refund and does not cover excluded work, new messes, pre-existing damage, normal wear, or unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

Cancellation and rescheduling Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms explain notice periods, lockouts, urgent bookings, and possible late-cancellation fees.

Website content We try to keep website information accurate and current, but service availability, pricing, scheduling, and content may change. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a service contract until an appointment is confirmed in writing.

Privacy and text messages Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you opt in to service-related text messages, the SMS Terms apply. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase services.
